The cabin was beautiful, with plenty of room for our entire family. There was a game room, a toy area and plenty of yard to run around in. The fence yard was comforting knowing our grandchildren were secure. There was plenty of beds for everyone. The deck made it really nice to enjoy the beautiful weather. Our family would consider coming here again.

This cabin was the perfect fit for our family reunion. So much space and plenty of sleeping options. The basement level was the perfect sleeping and hangout space for the teens. The main level and upstairs rooms were great for us parents and the younger kiddos. The rec room and fire pit made for great family moments. The yard is large and fully fenced which was great for the younger kids to just play.
This cabin was cozy, clean and lots of entertainment to offer! It was huge and perfect for a family trip. My family and I really enjoy our time up north and didn’t need to leave the cabin as it offered plenty of room for all of us and it made it fun for the kids and adults!

This place is awesome for large families. A lot of open space for everyone to hang out and have a good time. Family loved all the games in the garage and the open backyard for the little ones to run around freely without being worried. Would definitely rent in future! Kim was such an awesome host!
Damon and Kim’s place was wonderful! Kim was always quick to respond if we needed anything and the cabin was so beautiful and clean. There was a couple gas stations and some restaurants within a 5 minute drive and it was easy to get to. I would definitely book in the future! Thank you Damon and Kim!
Honestly the best Air BnB/ Cabin I’ve ever stayed at! You get to have amazing privacy and enjoy the land around you, plus your not too far away from the city! Such an amazing location! Will forsure stay again!
Kim and Damon's home is absolutely gorgeous. It was large and spacious and fit our 11 easy. We had two little kids with us and the entire backyard was fenced and that was such a huge blessing I wasn't expecting haha, they would run as far as their little legs would go and still have plenty of space left to explore the next day. They each loved the room of toys, that was such a kind gesture for guests. And the older in our group loved the amount of bored games haha. This home is nothing but amenities after amenities. The environment was breathtaking, especially in the morning sunrise. Our family will definitely be back. It was the greatest airbnb we've ever stayed in. And Kim was phenomenal, she responded very quickly and helped if we had any questions, which we actually only had one the entirety of the trip because Kim and Damon keep such an extensive book with guidelines, tips, a map, ideas for things to do in town, they explained everything in that book haha. It was an amazing experience.
We had a wonderful stay and we really enjoyed the weather and cozy cabin. The balcony is very nice for hanging out and enjoying the snowy weather. The house was well stocked with dishes and silverware and other utensils. Plenty of beds, mine was comfortable.
The house had much more than we expected it was very clean (although with covid we still sanitized and wiped everything down for our own sanity), it was stocked with things we didn't expect but overall the house is amazing for big family getaways the kids loved downstairs area and of course the upstairs room with all the toys there was more than enough sleeping accommodations for the entire family. We will definitely be planning another trip and we can't wait.
This home was perfect for our large group! There was everything we needed, and more. It snowed the weekend we were up in Heber, the house was warm and toasty. Kim was super easy to communicate with and I had prompt replies to my many questions. If you're looking for a big lodge in the forest with great national forest access and nice views off a big porch, this is your place. Highly recommend.
This place is amazing! So big! Even bigger than the pictures make it look! The yard is beautiful and it being fenced in both front and back made it awesome for the kids and dogs! The view was beautiful and it was a quiet and peaceful atmosphere! The hammocks were put to great use! Kitchen was stocked with anything we needed for cooking! And the TVs worked great! Overall an amazing place will definitely be booking it again!
My friends and I really enjoyed our stay here! The cabin had a lot to offer from game boards and movies to foosball and a pool table. You can't tell from the pictures but it's a pretty big property with a large front and backyard. We didn't really have to leave to have a good time during our stay. There are plenty of blankets and towels provided, all the cooking utensils you could think of and dishes and silverware enough for a large group.
This place is a true gem! 3 stories allow plenty of space for all to relax and unwind. All beds were reported fantastic and comfortable. Plenty extra blankets (for winter dwellers) and pillows. The common areas are spacious with plenty of seating (extra provided as well if need be), along with plenty of ways to entertain you and your guests if staying on the beautiful large property available during your stay. The almost complete wrap around porch provided is an amazing space to hang, also has plenty of seating and is great to sit with friends/family for morning coffee, to eat or to relax and catch last few rays as the sun falls and you move to the amazing fire pit in middle of back yard. Between the bonus game room (in garage), porch and fire pit.....many memories can be created here! If you venture out into the forests surrounding you'll find everything to walks off the beat path to the amazing petrified forest that we all came for and loved!! Whether your looking for a little winter warmth (we left Indiana at 20 degrees and loads of snow) or you want to beat the heat of summer......this place is amazing for getting together to relax! The communication through Kim was impeccable before and during our stay. (compared to some other Airbnb's we've stayed in and we do several a year and have our own). Please consider this in your stays for the Tonto in all of us!!
Beautiful area and secluded for privacy. Close to many sights to visit or just for relaxing. House is family friendly. Lots of room to enjoy indoors and outdoor space.
Our extended family -- husband & I and our adult children and their families, had a wonderful stay at Damon & Kim's cabin right after Christmas! It was as they described with plenty of room for our family, with special amenities for little ones such as a Pack 'n Play and a high chair. The cabin is in a beautiful mountain pine setting, with a large fenced backyard that was perfect for restless toddlers to run around and relaxing parents to keep an eye on them. It was also a real plus to have a bathroom on each level of the cabin. They had everything we needed to keep the cabin neat and livable for our large group. I was amazed and delighted at the number of dishes & utensils (and some smaller unbreakable ones for children) that they had. Also important with a large group were smaller & LARGER pots & pans. Our group of 9 adults and 3 toddlers was able to have 2 meals before running the dishwasher. I was very pleased with how quickly Damon & Kim responded to inquiries. They have a great packet of information on where to find things in the cabin, which was VERY helpful. I think Damon & Kim did a wonderful job of providing a great place for larger families to congregate and spend quality time together.
My family and I had a great time. The 2 acre lots makes it feel like you are out there by yourself, it's really quiet and awesome! The cabin itself is very spacious, there are a lot of beds and rooms. It has everything you need, from games to movies, kitchen supplies to kids plates and cups. We will be going back. The property was awesome. You guys had everything we needed. My father had a blast. He hadn't been on a vacation in 9 years. Your cabin was a great place for him to get away. The location is great, we couldn't even tell you have neighbors. I loved every moment. Thank you so much!

The cabin was great for what we wanted! Big comfy beds, fully stocked kitchen supplies, tons of games to play, firewood was provided, plenty of spare chairs/towels/amenities. They were also very quick to reply to any questions I had and was very accommodating. Would book again!
Well stocked cabin with lots of room. They have very detailed instructions for everything you may need. The only thing I would recommend is a small grill if you would like to BBQ something. Plenty of towels, dishes, blankets,etc! And if you get snowed in like we did, they had lots of games that allowed us to enjoy a day around the table with many laughs and memories!
This was an amazing place! It was great for a big family and it was well stocked with extra supplies if needed. We will definitely be staying here again!
This was a great cabin for family and extended family to stay. We had 7 adults and 10 kids (including baby) and we had plently of space to stay. The cabin was fully stocked with supplies and was well taken care of. The cabin was clean and had lots of room for the kids to play inside and outside. Would highly recommend this cabin and can't wait to book our next stay!
This property is absolutely perfect for multiple families looking to vacation together. The house itself is in a convenient location not far from the main road making it easy to explore Heber. We enjoyed the outdoor space, deck, and fire pit. The beds were comfortable and the home was very clean, organized and provided everything we needed for meals and other basic necessities. The hosts were very easy to communicate with both before and during our stay. We look forward to relaxing here again in the future! P.S. The Red Onion Lounge was a great place to grab a burger with a large group of all ages!
The cabin was huge, very clean, everything was well explained and instructions were very helpful. It was so family-friendly, my kids are already asking when we can go back!
Our stay was absolutely wonderful. We were a large extended family group with several young families and grandparents. The cabin is set up that you can actually have privacy among families for sleeping. With three separate floors, the noise was minimal for such a large group. The cabin is quite spacious the way it is laid out. And, there was a bed for everyone! Damon and Kim were wonderful about communication before, during, and after our stay. They sent a welcome packet with information about the cabin and using the technology (wifi, smart tv, etc.) The cabin is supplied with anything you may need for your stay, and the kitchen was well stocked with kitchenware for a group. There were useful small appliances in the kitchen. The grandchildren were entertained with a fenced, 2-acre lot to run around in and explore. They spent a lot of time playing on the wrap-around deck. There was a firepit for evening entertainment. The inside and outside stairs were gated for safety of little children. There was a good supply of games, toys, and DVD's. The grandchildren had a wonderful time and stayed entertained and happy with the premises, and the adults were able to play games because the children were entertained. We even found a close lake for fishing for the grandchildren. All in all, it was a really fun experience. The grandchildren are already asking to go again! It was a wonderful cabin stay for our large family!
