Rates include up to 8 people. There is an additional fee of $10 / person per night beyond 8 people.
We carry appropriate insurance for the property and tenants. If you would like to purchase additional coverage for extra peace of mind, you can do so for an additional cost of $10 per night.
There is a 2-night minimum stay required for booking in most cases. We may be able to make an exception for a single night, contact us to let us know when you'd like to stay and the size of your group. Booking on the following days will require a 3-night minimum stay:
Take advantage of our discounted, off-season weekday rates. We also offer a 10% discount on stays of 1 week or longer.
